Digital camera below Rs. 10000

I like photography a lot but I can’t afford high valued digital camera. That’s why I am looking buy a cheap digital camera phone to myself. I want a digital camera within the range of Rs 10000. I want a decent one. I am not expecting a very high end model. I want a decent one that can provide me around 8MP camera and some additional features.
