Okay so my motorola cliq wont boot it just stays at the M i have tried formatting it so i guess its no issue with the apps please help.

Have you checked before that its battery isnt dead or drained out? Did you download any updates or try rooting this phone before this problem happened? How long have you had the phone? Has it been damaged in any way? You can try to reflash the Motorola Cliq mobile phone OS or either try to upgrade or degrade its firmware.
