Sony KLV-40W300A or Samsung Mosel?

Asking For Suggestions!!! Actually i want to buy a new LCD Television and i am looking forward to buy 40" LCD. My sofa would be at the distance of 15 feet from the wall where i am gonna fix this new TV. I want to ask you that should i buy a TV with Full HD feature or only HD would be enough. I have got confused between the Sony KLV-40W300A and Samsung Mosel.

I think you should go with the Television with the Full HD feature as it seems like that your distance from the TV would be bit far (15 feet). It is recommended that you should buy a HD TV if your distance from the TV is 6 Feet and if you are much far from that distance then i guess Full HD would be good. You may go for any television whether it would be a Samsung or a Sony, but the make sure that you buy it with the Full HD feature.

If i would be at your place then i would have chosen for the sony KLV-40W300A as it has a newer panel with improved contrast where as the samsung mosel is based on an older SPVA panel. Though there would not be much difference while watching this both the TVs but still why to buy an older technology when you have an option to buy a better one.

I have heard that you should always prefer for the SONY when you want to buy anything with the better sound and i am so sure that the Sony KLV-40W300A would be having better sound as it has Theatre Mode. You can now experience every movie exactly the way the director intended! But when it comes to the screen then samsung is better then the others. Though Sony wont be bad at all. I think you should go for SONY! I LIKE IT !

I have found one better television which is LG 50PG30 Televisions. I liked this TV and it has much lesser price as compare to other TV. LG says that you haven’t seen HDTV until you have experienced this 3.3”-thin LG plasma TV. With full HD 1080p resolution, Dual XD Engine technology for optimized picture quality, a widescreen 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and Fluid Motion, the PG30 exists in a class all its own.
