    Wireless card problem on Ubuntu

    Hello,
    I can not configure my wireless card, Dell Wireless 1505 Wireless-N Mini-PCI Card. I did a iwconfig but I can not find a wireless connection. By cons I found the wireless card by making a lspci. Do you have any solution for this? Any help will be great. Thank you.

    I also have an XPS 1530 of Ubuntu, and my wireless card is very well recognized and managed, without special handling! Normally your wireless card is an Intel (and therefore logically recognized). And then install the modules iwl4965 mac80211. Note that your wireless card (like mine) is an Intel Corporation PRO / Wireless 4965 AGN. No reason that it changes from a recent model to another.

    I also have this model since one month, and the wifi works (well almost). I mean when I boot times Fi LED is not lighted and then map not found it, I'm forced to reboot the PC several times until it works. Is this a hardware problem yes driver? Or is what we can put the dns hard because sometimes I'm not one of free but that of my router.

    For my part I have the Bluetooth LED is lit every time. And yet my wireless card is recognized, and I connect to wireless networks without any problem. It must be a management problem in the driver or may be Ubuntu. I do not know, In comparison, during the charging of the battery, Vista, the LED flashes, while in Ubuntu, it is fixed. Here Nothing serious so I think only a different management in my opinion.

    By making a
    Code:
    $ lspci-vv | grep
    Dell I found this:
    Code:
    Subsystem: Dell Wireless 1500 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-card
    I can draw anything to install the wifi on my XPS 1530? I installed the driver but it does not work (because I'm on a ubuntu 64-bit as my drivers is for a 32-bit)
