Lenovo U550 fingerprint device drivers

Hello,
I just bought a Lenovo U550 prortable that comes with Vista Home Premium without any other software. The notebook is equipped with a fingerprint reader but I can not run it because I have not the CD with the relevant drivers. I went to the Lenovo site to download the drivers but nothing works, even after restarting the PC. Any help regarding this? Thank you.

See in the device manager to find the exact model of your fingerprint reader, and with it, surely you do to find the name of the company, their web sites, operating systems. (If it does not appear in Device Manager, where the name is not there, try using Everest Home Edition (freeware) to have all the components in your computer with precision)

Just visit the following site drivers.com, in the section at the top move to My Drivers and Launch detection for the hardware that you have. And install the driver that are not installed. This will automatically install all the drivers for your system that are not present on your computer rather on your operating system. So, this is the easiest way to install the drivers that are missing from the system.

We install XP using the DVD containing the drivers for this OS. Instead of installing everything I went through the config panel, systems to install the missing drivers.
