Error code 13.01.00 in HP laserjet 4250

I am using HP Laserjet 4250 printer and i have never saw any kind of error on the display screen of this printer but from last few days it has started giving me an error code 13.01.00 in the tray. I do not know what this error code means so can anybody tell me how can i troubleshoot this message. I am not able to print from last 2 days because of this error.

I have tried solving this problem by doing the following trick and it has solved my printer problem. Take the tray2 from the other printer and try it in the one that is giving you the problem, if it does the same thing you know where the problem lies, if not leave them switched.

Error code 13.01.00 stated that the paper sheet has been jam in your printer and because of it, it cannot proceed further. I would like to make you checking that is there any paper stuck in your printer because of which this error comes on the printer display or it might happen that once your printer has faced this problem since then it got stuck on the same sensor because of which this error does not updates itself and it keeps on showing the same error.

Simplest solution to get rid of this problem is to reinstall your printer which would be refreshing whole operating system of your printer. Once you get this message then immediately switch off your phone and then disconnect all the cable attached to it. Now reinstall all things again and then check that is there any such error on the display screen?

I have discussed for few things which you can check. The flap that protects the drum, it should open lorqu'on insert the drum unit.
Check contacts drum. Remove the set and watch the sides.
I think there is a laser component, when opening the top cover, there is a tab which activates the contact but close the door (well, I think I 'm no longer very safe).
