I am not sure but you can use the application that is DoubleCommand 1.6.9. Try out for the thing as it is used to remap other keys. I do not know whether it helps to remap eject key. So do check out for the thing and work accordingly. This should relay help you out and work to process in your way then.

There is another way through which you can work out well and that is by using with Fn-De key. This may help you out to work well. I hope this is necessary that would essentially function and hence you may then be able to use the same and then try to make it work with Eject-key to Forward Delete. This should help you well and get to a better conclusion.

The Doublecommand and KeyRemap4MacBook application are better one to get start off with. You need to check out for the issue and then make the certain amendments in order to work well with it. So all you need to do is to use the KeyRemap4MacBook application for eject key forward delete as it is more powerful than that of doublecommand. This will solve the issue.
