unable to connect samsung s3310 with pc

Hello friends,

I am having samsung s3310 mobile phone. This samsung mobile comprises amazing features. But It showing some problem with PC connection. When I connect my mobile to computer, but it doesn't get detected. I am not getting how to resolve this issue of my samsung mobile. I wonder if you are able to help me to resolve this issue. I am waiting for your reply.

Have you installed PC suite software on our computer? if not then first you need to install the your mobile mobile PC suite on your computer. You can get this PC suite application on the official website of your mobile phone. So download this application and install it on and then try to connect your mobile with. I hope it will help you.

I think the USB cable of your samsung s3310 mobile is might having some problem and that causing the issue while pc connection. I suggest you to try to connect your mobile using new USB cable in the way to verify the connection issue. You also need to check if USB cable is properly connected to the your mobile and your computer.

I am also suffering from same pc connection issue with my samsung mobile. I am tried all of the possible solutions to resolve this issue,but nothing was helpful. I also installed PC suite on my computer, with still getting no connection issue. If anyone pose proper solution over this , then please share it me.

According to me your samsung mobile having some serious problem. So that it doesn't get connected to your computer. According to me the best way to resolve this type of issue it to contact the service center of your mobile phone. If your samsung mobile is under warranty period then please replace this faulty phone.

Have you tried following solutions?

Try to install PC suite on your PC.
Configure the setting of your mobile phone.
Visit the nearest service center of your mobile phone.

It also happened the USB port of your computer is having some fault and that doesn't allow your mobile to connect to it. I think you need to verify the mobile connection with your friend's computer. If you still getting same issue, then there must be some problem in your samsung mobile phone.
