UN55B8000 not 3d ready im guessing?

I am having the 55 inch LED UN55B8000 TV and i want to ask you guys that does this TV supports for the 3D. Actually i was searching for the Tv which can play 3D movies and i think this TV does not have that feature. I think i am going to replace this TV as soon as possible with the new one which can have 3D in it.

I think the TV model (Samsung UN55B8000) about which you are talking is a 2009 model of this series and i guess there is no support for the 3D in an all the series of the Samsung TVs which were released in the 2009 as 3D feature has been added to the 2010 models of the Samsung TVs. I have searched about this scene just before some time and have got the same answer that it does not support it at all.

3D processing in the Samsung Televisions needs an additional picture processing chip which has been provided only in the 2010 models of the Samsung televisions and hence it was not provided in the 2009 models, It does not have the 3D support. And in any company, older models does not supports the latest technologies and it is the same issue on your TV as well as it is 2009 model, It won't be having the latest new features of samsung TVs.

I think you can enjoy the 3D experience on your TV as well as you have such a huge screen TV with you. You just need to use 3D disc in the player in the 3D supported player and you can enjoy the 3D movies with the same feel.
Actually no Tv is made 3D as even 3D TV users have to wear the blue or red 3D glasses for watching the 3D movie and it is bit annoying. I think the same thing you can do on your TV as well. You must at least try once and let me know how movie looks like, Is it 2D or a 3D.

Here i have provided the features of Samsung UN55B8000 as follows and i have not found anything like 3D in this TV. There are many cool features added in this TV but at the end it is a 2009 model and samsung had decided to give 3D features only in 2010 models.
