DEXT: Text Message Ringtones

Hello friends,
My uncle gifted me a cool new Motorola DEXT mobile phone. It has very amazing features and it looks very well. I want to change the Text Message Ringtones with my downloaded one, because the inbuilt ringotnes are very boring. Can anyone tell me how to change the Text Message Ringtones. Please help me with DEXT: Text Message Ringtones.

Use following steps to change your Text Message Ringtones.
1.First create new folder on the microSD card.
2.Give "notifications" name to it.
3.Now paste your desired message ringtone in that folder.
4. Now go to the messaging option -> menu -> Settings -> Text Messaging -> Select ringtone -> now select ringtone from the "notifications" folder.

Use following simple steps to assign Text Message Ringtones for your mobile phone.
1.First connect your mobile phone to computer using USB cable.
2.Now transfer any mp3 or other audio file to your mobile phone.
3.Now disconnect your mobile phone.
4.Now try to assign that mp3 file as your Text Message Ringtones.

Use following steps.

1. Create a folder on the microSD card and name it "notifications" - small caps. Use an SD card reader to do this from your PC.

2. Copy any compatible audio file you want to set as a message notification to that folder. Click Here for list of compatible audio files.

3. Insert the SD card back into your phone.

4. Go to messaging and press the menu key.

5. Tap Messaging Settings.

6. Tap Text Messaging.

7. Tap Select ringtone. You should be able to locate your audio files there and set them.
