E52 - Removing zombie App?

Hello to all,
I have nokia E52 mobile phone. Last night I accidentally delete some files of the dictionary application which is came with my mobile phone. After this it repeatedly gives me message like "word base missing". Then I have installed nokia dictionary in it, but I unable to delete that old application completely from my mobile phone. I unable to remove it from the application list. Please help me with E52 - Removing zombie App?

Have you tried to remove it from the application manager? If not, then you have to use following steps to remove that old application from your application manager.
You go to main menu -> now go to the setting option -> now go to the Data manger -> now go to the application manger -> now go to the "installed application" -> now select that old application from the list and remove that application.

Use following steps to remove that application from your mobile phone.
1.First connect your mobile to computer using Nokia PC suite.
2.Now go to "Install application" option.
3.Now select the phone memory.
4.Now select the application, that you want to remove and press delete button.

You have to perform "Restore factory settings" to resets all the settings to the default. You can do this using *#7780# number. Before performing this process, just take back up of your mobile phone. Just unlock your mobile phone and enter *#7780# in it. If it asked for passcode, just
press 12345 as default code.
After this it will erase that old applications file.

I also had the same problem. Than I hard reset my mobile phone and then I able to remove that application from my mobile phone. I think you also use hard reset process to fix this problem.
Just turn off your mobile phone and then press * (star key), 3 (number button) and power on key simultaneously until you will see boot up screen.
This process delete all your mobile's data. So that take back up of you data before performing this process.
