What Version Is Your WM OS?

Hello, I am having HTC and when I check out the OS version, I come to know that it is having the OS Version of the 5.2.21889. I though that it would be of the 6.5. I want to know the details for your WM version from the path below:

Hey, I am also having the same version. And it is working fine for me. I think all of them are having the same OS version. If you want the newer version then I think by making use of the updation you will able to get that. So, simply check for that and then get the solution for your problem. As after updating your Operating system you will able to get the WM 6.5 for your HTC.

Hello, you need to look carefully on your About Screen. If you check that then you will able to get the Phone Setting menu. It will simply show you details as the Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional CE OS 5.2.21889(21889.5.0.87). That means it is like the regular Windows Operating System. And if you check that from the Command prompt then you will come to know that the the Version is of the 6.1.7600. Just take look on it.

Hey, I am also having the same OS version. I also think that all of us are having the same operating system. I have also tried to search the details about it on internet and then come to know that it is not having any details on internet. It is simply showing the same version name and no more details. So, if anyone is having details for that, then simply send that to me.

Hello, you are not getting the exact details. If you check out then you will come to know that the Version for your WM is 6.5. And the number which you are talking about is your Windows CE kernel that the 6.5 ROM is based on which is of the 5.2.21889. So, you are having the version of the WM 6.5 and due to which you need not to worry about the update or any other details.
