    Toshiba A215-S7422 crashing

    My laptop completely crashed some time back, I try to run it, including recovery disk, when I received, they must be damaged, because they can not recover anything. I have a clean hard drive; need to find out how to get back to my system recovery disk operation. 1 year before my warranty ran out, so I used any way to get a stuck, unless there is a way to get one Toshiba A215-S7422. Can any one help? Thank you

    You can easily place the order for recovery DVD from the Toshiba Customer Service. You have to just give some related details. Such as computer serial number and your credit card number. Normally there is no charge for the software but there is shipping and handling charges which is around $24.95 in US.

    I understand that the cost of shipping and handling certain Toshiba, but why are they charging so much? 25 U.S. dollars, to create a DVD, packaging it, and put my order, put it in the mail? This is too much for their fees should be provided at time of purchase DVD me! I will be honest here - it is my lot cheaper to use a window, not for a legitimate copy of the installation.

    They provide it, when you buy a laptop. On your laptop, you can make as many copies you want. As mentioned above, is not cost for the DVD. They are all free of charge. They charge shipping. This is a lot more than buy a new operating system to fix your laptop and Toshiba We are very lucky not many more than 25 dollars cheaper

    Yes, we can install Vista on a computer backup copy. That a fair question. This particular computer belongs to my niece and I am trying to help her because she messed up. If she is more technically savvy, she would back up her computer when she first got it, I will not in this predicament. Unfortunately, she did not. This is a low-cost consumer products, most people who use the system and do not have such a mature level
