iPad Wifi connection speed

Hello Guys,

I have bought Apple iPad before 15 days. This iPad integrated with amazing feature. But I am getting some issue with iPad Wifi connection speed. I am getting only 38Mbs, I am totally disappointed with this. This is because I was getting more speed with 'gen1 iPod touch'. I am not able find out the exact cause behind this issue of iPad Wifi connection speed. Please help me to sort out this wifi speed of iPad. I will really appreciate your any help.
