Best mobile between Motorola DROID and Acer Liquid

Hi friends,

I am using old Nokia mobile and I want to replace it with new mobile which comprises advanced features. I liked two mobile phones over this features, which are Motorola DROID and Acer Liquid. Both these mobiles integrated with advanced functionality. I am totally confused about which mobile should I take from these two mobiles.
