Setup TVAP error 0x8146045B while running TVAP on Win 7

Hello, I am making use of the Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit on my Toshiba Satellite L45-S7409. Some of the function keys are not working programming. Then I come to know that the TVAP installation will solve the problem. So, I simply download it and then try to install it. But, I am not able to install it. I am getting the error message that the Setup TVAP error 0x8146045B. If you are having any solution on this, then please help me. Thank you in advance.

Toshiba Value Added Package (TVAP) for Windows 7 (32) (v1.2.28; 09-03-2009; 42M).

If you simply download any other setup for it, then only you can able to install it on your windows 7. So, you must need to use any other setup and then by making use of the other setup you can simply solve your problem.
