Back button problem with kindle

Hello Guys,

I have bought kindle ebook reader before one month. I didn't get any issues with my kindle device. But from two days it showing problems with 'Back' button. When I start to read ebook it works properly. But after few minutes it stops working. When I reset kindle the back button works again. I am not getting how to solve this 'Back' button problem of kindle. If you have any solution over this kindle issue then please let me aware about that.

I think there might be problem in the application software of your kindle ebook reader. I suggest you to contact the customer care service of kindle ebook reader. From there you will definitely get any solution over this Back button problem of you kindle. Try this and let me know if you are still getting same issue or not.

It seems that you kindle device suffered from hardware problem. And because of this you are getting back button problem. If your kindle ebook reader is in warranty period, then I suggest you to make replacement of your kindle ebook reader. Otherwise take help of kindle technician to get rid over this back button problem. I hope it will solve you issue.

I am having the same issue with my kindle device. Actually this is not a problem with all the ebooks. I am getting this back button problem with specified book. I think this is happening because of it's format. I think you need to try to read ebooks with different format. And see if you are getting same back button issue with these ebooks also or not.
