Want to upgrade the OS of HP Ipaq 4700 Mobile

I am having the HP Mobile phone. he model which i am using is the HP Ipaq 4700 . This mobile phone runs on the Windows Mobile OS platform. This mobile phone is currently having the Windows 6.1 version. Now i want to upgrade the OS of HP Ipaq 4700 Mobile. Now the Windows 6.5 version OS is available, So i want to know that how can i upgrade the OS of this mobile phone without any problems.
