Error Code c00d2772 : Can’t sync with your Zune until its reformatted

Hi,

My zune Hd player was been working fine uptil now. While synchronizing with my pc, I get an error message that says "Can’t sync with your Zune until its reformatted". I did some reset that ended all my songs and then had to reload. I reset again and now will not let me sync anything with it. What else can I do? Please Help!

As the message suggests, you need to just delete all the multimedia content on the device. Open the Zune software, connect your Zune. In the program, go to Settings, then Device. Now click the button that says erase all the content. Follow the instructions it gives you.

I think the Error Code c00d2772 : Can’t sync with your Zune until its reformatted, is due to hard disk space is full.Try Ccleaner. It makes cleaning the following:
- Internet Explorer and Firefox / Mozilla: Temporary Files, History, Cookies (Selective) History downloads.
In short all traces of your browsing. Including the famous "Index.dat" Internet Explorer.
- Windows: Recycle Bin, Recent Documents list, temporary files, log files.

To resolve this problem, delete your Zune. To do this, follow these steps: Start the Zune software on your computer.

1. Connect your Zune using the Zune sync cable.
2. Click Settings, and then click device.
3. Click Synchronization Options, and then click Delete all content.
4. Click Yes when you receive the following message:

6. After you click Yes, you receive the message "Erase All Content". The process can take several minutes. Do not move or disconnect the Zune device until the message disappears.
