Cameras under the range of Rs. 10,000

I want to buy a camera for my friend for giving him a gift but the thing is that my budget is tight. I cannot afford to spend more than Rs 10,000. So I need to know what are different cameras are available in the market who’s prices are less than Rs 10,000. My tight budget does not mean that I will consider any camera, I want camera with all the cool features. I will be waiting for any related reply.
