Quality of digital camera vs film camera

I want some information about which camera is better the film camera or the digital camera. Is their a gray marketing in this. This camera we can buy from the online buyer is their any problem. some has fast lens and CCd. And how to move the pictures to the computer from the camera. And the additional information about any camera if you know.

Yes the some of the new digital camera of 6+ MP with a high resolution, has the best quality then a film camera which is of 35mm SLR.
