problem in connecting nokia 2630 to pc via USB

I am using a Nokia 2630 mobile phone. The USB cable is not supplied with tis mobile phone in the package. So i bought the USB cable from the mobile shop and connected it with the my computer. But the phone is not detected by the computer. I was thinking that by plugging my computer to the PC , i can transfer the data easily to the mobile phone. But it is not working. Tell me why it is not working with my mobile phone?

You have Nokia 2630 mobile phone. And you have bought the new USB cable for this mobile to connect it with your computer. But it is not working. The reason for this is that this phone does not have support of USB for data transfer. That is why your phone is not detected by your computer system. You should have checked the specification of this mobile phone before buying any USB cable.

You do not know that this mobile does not support the USB data transfer. However you can transfer the data between the phone and the computer by using Bluetooth technology. But for this , Your computer must be bluetooth enabled. You can transfer data such as Music files , Images etc. to Nokia 2630 via bluetooth because this mobile phone has the bluetooth connectivity feature.

The Nokia 2630 is an entry-level phone with a camera and Bluetooth technology that lets you send, share, save and print images quickly. There is nothing much provided in the phone. You can use email, MMS, calendar and calculator as your basic feature in the phone with FM Radio support. If you need a higher version phone then you can go for some E Series phones.
