To install applications on iPhone via USB, there is a little-iGopher program for Windows that will help install apps on your iPhone with a USB connection. iGopher iPhone reads and displays the list of available applications. You can install the applications you like and build a local package from the PC. The package can be later transferred to your iPod / iPhone via a USB connection

Surely it important backups of your iTunes iPhone programs and do not always have ready to install them, if they are lost time ...

Never mind, here are the instructions as you and your *. ipa *. app files back easily on your iPhone gets back.

Probably noticed, I think that this way) is also the fastest (especially when big apps) and the easiest always!

    Requirements:
    ยป iPhone is Jailbreaked

Step 1 : You should have *. ipa files, I recommend you that. App file that contains the *. ipa file is unzip using a decompression utility (Win: WinRAR | Mac: StuffIt Expander) in order to now direct the *. app have to file.

Step 2 : For large programs it can help if you use the USB interface to transfer apps, because it takes longer SSH.

Therefore, you have to you now download the iPhone browser.
This allows you to modify files on the iPhone (jailbreak required) via the USB interface.

Step 3 : IPhone now connects with your computer, open "iphone browser" and will transfer your *. app file in the Applications folder.

Step 4 : Now the program is already transferred, but not executable.
For this you have to with an SCP client (Win: WinSCP | Mac: Fugu) the rights conferred *. app files recursively set to "0775".

    DONE!

Many other tutorials describing more complicated steps, but how it works in my opinion, the quickest and easiest.
