Caller ID problem in Nokia 5800

Hi, I am used Nokia 5800 for last 4 months and don't get any problem but now I am getting problem of a caller id. Tell me something which will solve my problem. I have my mobile in warranty period, but due to less time I am not able to move to any gallery or shop. So, please help me as soon as possible.

If you have caller Id problem in your Nokia 5800, then You can do following things which can help you a lot, as I think.

• Do restore factory setting
• Do hard reset
• Change theme
• Try to make new contact
• Talk with Customer Care Operator

Hi, I want to know what's the actual problem which you are facing. I am not able to get your actual problem right now. So, please elaborate it enough, so than it will be get clear to me and I can help you. I mean to say that you are getting problem when caller calls you or when you call to any person your caller Id don't work? I will definitely help you, but only if I come to know actual problem.

Hi, First make sure that you've the right Memory selected for the storage of the Contacts, if you've a copy of your contacts on Both the Sim card memory and mobile memory then sometimes the name won't appear when you call some or you got called by someone. And yes you can try to do restore factory setting and let's check whether your some settings are changed or not. You can also do hard reset. And also check whether you are getting same problem by making new contact or not. I think one of this will work to you.
