Alternate for Sony Ericsson PC suite

Hi,, i am having a Sony Ericsson phone that is used by my younger bro. i use to sync it with Sony Pc Suite but now from last few days i am just unable to connect my phone with the same. Pc suite won't recognize my phone. I am just fed up of it. I wanted to know is there any alternate for Sony Ericsson PC Suite ? Do you guys have any suggestion for the same ? Please reply soon.
