yeah, even i tried to download but got some error. I think there is some problem with the attachment and hence we are unable to get it. Anyways, what i did alternatively is, i visited http://m.google.co.uk/maps from my inbuilt browser of LG kp500 Cookie and downloaded the map from there. Its just 2 minutes process and its working fine for me. Just try out and do reply if you are facing any problem.

I got Google maps v232 for LG Cookie which support touch screen phones. Most of the time non touch screen google maps application download on our phone. So now enjoy Google maps on LG kp500 Cookie.

If you are unable to download the Google Maps then click here. After that you have to Click on "Send to Phone" button and then enter your mobile number. This will send a link of the Google Maps download to the phone of yours. So if you can then go with the same and see whether it is working for you or not. I hope this will work for your issue.

Your LG KP500 mobile is compatible with the Google map4 which is also having a latitude feature by you can see the location of friend. You can directly install google map from its official website. Just you have to type m.google.com with your mobile web browser. And then click on the map in the list the website automatically detects your mobile model number and provide a link to download google map.
