I have a Digital Camera which is not getting started & i mean it is not getting power on.... Also there is another problem with the driver i don't know how to get all this work done....???? Please Help.... Troubleshooting for Digital Camera...!
Problem/Symptom :
- Serial Camera does not connect.
- COM2 ports are removed/refreshed but reappear in Device Manager.
- Each COM2 port has a unique IRQ (Interrupt ReQuest).
- Two COM2 ports appear in Device Manager on a new Hewlett-Packard computer with WINDOWS XP Home Edition preloaded.
Resolution :
- Enter the Device Manager.
- Locate the two COM2 ports.
- Highlight one COM2 port, select Action > Uninstall.
- When the Confirm Device Removal window appears, click OK.
- Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the other COM2 port.
- Click Start > Turn Off Computer.
- When the Turn Off Computer window appears, click Restart.
- When the computer restarts, it will install COM1 and COM2. Navigate to the Device Manager to verify this.
- Connect the Serial Camera.

Windows XP does not recognize a digital camera
DID you check out for the solution on the Google search as there will be many solution you will be finding there. But the basic solution for your camera not turning on is look for the batteries are working...! Hopefully that to will be solved...!
