How to disable hp pavillion alps touchpad

Can any one tell How to disable hp pavillion alps touchpad where is the option to do it ?I tried every thing but didn't find how to disable the touchpad ?
Does any one know where is the option .

There are two kind of touchpad device one Alps or Synaptic,One good feature comes in HP notebooks was the on/off button you will find near the touchpad. If you want to disable the touchpad, press this button.If you dont have that button then you should go for Control Panel > Mouse. Open the Mouse Properties window, select the Device Settings tab, and click the Disable button.You will need to install the Synaptics Touchpad s/w
