How to reformat Nokia e61 mobile phone

Hi,

I have Nokia E 61 mobile phone, all the application works fine on my phone except Themes, when i apply any themes it takes 3 to 5 time to exit the application, sometimes i had to restart my phone to get it work. I tried phones original setting but no change, i need to reformat Nokia e61 mobile phone.

how will i deal with my e61 phone if no nokia logo appears and it doesnt proceed to its normal program when i turn it on...it just appears as a white screen that doesnt go away till i pull the batteries off...HELP!
