Send option missing on replies from blackberry storm

Hi,

I have a brand new blackberry storm user. After the first time that I went, a menu item disappeared from the e-mail menu. As a result of if I an e-mail, sending option is a lack of answers from blackberry storm. I can also open/Read/and hit reply to each message. But as soon as I answer there is not an option to send that has disappeared? Thanks

Send option missing on replies from blackberry storm, to resolve this, go to main screen, hold down the ALT key and click the trackwheel, Then select "Show All", again hold the ALT key and click the trackwheel and uncheck "Hide Application". then you would be able to see your missing options.

This can also be a service book issue. Delete Manually-according to the service books from your blackberry (options > service book) and then let the service books from the berry manager (if running version 4.0) or with each other desktop manager (or earlier if running 3.6).

If you are on a berry you now have to lead to a new encryption keys either wirelessly if you have enough new handheld code, either through the blackberry desktop manager > redirector settings > security > generate key manually > generate > apply and wait for the stutus to be read to update it.
