I'm recently encountring an error while integrating an account of hotmail. Ive tried several accounts to integrate in BIS. My problem is this: All mail from the Hotmail account is showing up both in the Hotmail folder and the BES mail folder. How can I fix this?

Try doing a battery pull and see if that helps. If not then check out all of the settings and take note of anything out of the ordinary. You need to enable JAVA support. To change this setting open the Blackberry Browser and then press the menu button (left of the trackball) and select Options. From Options select Browser Configuration and tick all the check boxes. T-Mobile does not permit integration with Hotmail accounts, whether or not the Plus version has been purchased.

Hotmail Plus is NOT required for Hotmail accounts that have been around for a year or so; only the newer accounts have this limitation. You need to refer KB15003, it discusses the "BESOnlyMessageApplication" with is an SQL script that will create an icon for BES only email.
