HTC touch pro registry tweak to improve battery life

Hi,

I have seen many registry tweak to improve the performance of the HTC touch pro. but i dont know how to edit the registry. i need a good registry editor for my HTC Touch pro. One of my friend applied the registry hack to improve battery life. its possible ? please give any software to edit the registry. also give any registry tweak to improve my phone performance.

To date I have not seen a successful battery saving app, cab, or registry edit. The only things you can do to improve battery life is put backlight on the lowest settings and turn wi-fi off. there is no registry tweak to improve battery life.
