Motorola Moto q won't turn on

Hi,

I have a new Moto Q Global. It has been working fine but last week developed a problem.This morning when I tried to turn it on, it turned on, but could not get past the Windows Mobile screen. Is there something I can do to reset it? I cannot use any combination of keys to get it to wake up. The only way to get it to wake up is to remove the battery or connect it to a power source.

Any help would be appreciated!

make sure that Under Settings/Power Management you didnt selected "Wake up when locked" set to "Any Key". What you can do is remove the battery and replace it with new one, if its not working then it must be your phone not battery problem. you can take your phone to Motorola store for repairing.

Hi thanks for the reply, My battery works fine now but when i turn on my phone after it could only pass the Verizon screen but could not get passed the windows screen. please help me

you need to master reset your phone. turn the phone off. turn the phone on. hold down the center button when the M shows up. then hit yes when it asks for master reset. it will reset the settings on your motorola phone.
