Apple itouch themes and customization

i am looking for Itouch themes and way to customize Itouch themes so please help me to making my own itouch themes. it will be better if all that application considered free

There is several site which provide good quality of theme and cool stuff like a ringtone generator mostly they contain all data made by other user which are shared commonly .you can get all stuff by just using Google so just try Apple 3G iphone Wallpapers and Themes

I think its not easy to get application for you as i dont found any such application that will let you to make such changes however there is some application they can help you bit to change some appearance .Also another option can be Apples iPhone Development Software for theme .This is what you need to make an App.

I do not know many sources, but you yourself can create your themes with characters and icons of screen, a personal dock, status bar etc ... .. You install SMBPrefs and WinSCP library / summerboard / themes and you create a folder for your theme and after you put pictures in this folder with your icons, and ... Do not forget to have the right size for each object ..
