Need Help with Chinese Mobile

I bought a gaoxinqi M698, and im havin problems playing any kind of games(java or .nes), it doesn't want to run any apps, nothing opens from music player or photo viewer, but i can open music, pics, and vid from file manager, but when i try to open any kind of apps or games it just asks me if i want to delete, copy, rename, etc.. to the file
PPPLEaSE HELP... I'm Desperate
