Acer has launched the new eMachine D525 laptop in India.Acer eMachine laptops are the budget friendly laptops ideal for working on the internet and office applications.The Acer eMachine D525 is a 14-inch laptop powered by the Intel Celeron M900 mobile processor with dual-channel DDR2 SDRAM.It has 160GB Hard disk space, 8x DVD-Super Multi double-layer drive and Integrated 0.3 megapixel Webcam. The Acer eMachine D525 notebook’s LCD display has 16:9 aspect ratio and 1366×768 pixel resolution.

It runs Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 operating system and comes pre-installed with eMachine Comprehensive Security Bundle which includes 60-day trial copy of Norton 360 All-in-One Security.

Price: The new Acer eMachine D525 laptop will cost around Rs.24,900 in India.

I installed XP Pro SP2 on it and couldn't get the sound driver installed.
Also there is a PCI device driver missing as well.
Had no luck so far

First you will have to install the appropriate drivers for the PCI, and after that you can install the audio drivers. For an appropriate drivers for your model you can visit the Acer site and then you can download the driver. Before downloading be sure to select exact operating system that you are working on. I am sure that doing this will help you to resolve your problem.
