    Samsung R70 notebook Graphics Problems

    Hello,

I have since 2 days big problems with my notebook, after a demanding 3D applications (BioShock ) Appeared pink / green artifacts on my screen, the sound twice, and the system ultimately collapsed from. I thought that my system just not with the high demands of graphics BioShock clearly comes with an uninstallation, and everything was back in the green. This was not so, I have this error pixels / artifacts in any 3D application even when youtube-video look to idle on the desktop. It is not always the same from ... Sometimes, the application Game/3D just finished and I will have a: problem with Nvlddmkm.sys - display driver has been restored, sometimes I get bsod "Hardware Malfunction" or "System Shutdown etc etc no answer from gfx driver". This is funny but sometimes I can 6stunden nonstop any game run without problems. after the next boot, I do not come anymore into the menu.

    So far I have tried:

Nvlddmkm.sys to Nvlddmkm.sys.old rename a file in the current install the gfx drivers to get
DriverCleanerPro in connection with any GFX drivers of my notebook.
    System:

    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 1.8 GHz 2MB L2 Cache, 800 MHz FSB
    Motherboard : Intel 965PM
    RAM: 2048 MB, DDR2 PC5300 SDRAM, max. 4096MB, 2x1024MB
GFX :NVIDIA Geforce 8600M GS - 256 MB Chip / Ramtakt: 500/700MHz, +768 MB TurboCache
    OS :Windows Vista 32bit

    any help is appreciated.

In general, you can also ensure cases directly to the manufacturer, the request from the trader only delayed the process. let them know you have have this problem on the Nvidia GPU. Maybe they will look into this issue as other companys.

The GPU problem has been slower to surface on Samsung notebooks than elsewhere. There is probably the same inertia as with the other companies but the process has started later.

It is also doubtful if Samsung can pass the total cost of the GPU change to nVidia. However, that should be their problem, not yours.
