Need drivers for MotoRazr V3

hi,

I have Motorola V3 Razr. I need the drivers for connecting Razr V3 with the computer for USB charging and transferring data like images and mp3 from computer to my phone and vice-vera.

can anybody help me providing these drivers...?

You can easily get these drivers from the motorola site.
Visit the motorola site and select the country (where you are staying)
Then select your motorola model at the middle-bottom of the page and then continue accordingly....
