Well, i have to PCs at home one is Vista and other is XP. The drivers am gonna give you had worked for me in Both the systems. But am not sure whether it will work in Windows 7 or not. But as per my knowledge, many of the Vista drivers or applications works in Windows 7 too. hence you should try the same. Download from below and let me know if you face some problems:

You can try to install the pc suite in your computer in compatability mode. You just have to right click on the pcsuite.exe file and select properties and after that at the top click on the compatability mode or something and then choose install this software in either Windows XP mode or different OS version, then click ok. Recheck again whether it is installing or not.

I m from India. I bought a Aqua 6303 mobile phone, but i dont have a pc suit.
Please any one can help me regurding this matter....i'll be thankfull to him/her for ever....

I don't know much about this company but i guess, Aqua Mobile is not a China Manufacturer . I tried to search PC Suite on their official sites as well. Also, it is not available on Google as well. All i can suggest you is just try to connect with China Mobile PC Suite and see if it works. Or you will need to do some search on torrents.

can someone solve this problem ...I have lost all the files that was on my micro SD card when i capture the photo ..the mp3 said bad format.. and the video only can put as .3gp i think.. ermm.. can someone pls help me..thanks in advance

Just backup your existing data (whatever is left), and perform a Hard Reset. I am not sure whether china mobile can be infected by virus but still try to scan your device via pc antivirus program (by connecting it through USB cable). You can get the reset codes from here: China Mobile Secret Codes

Am bit confused. You want to download apps to your mobile or want to Install apps on your mobile ? Both are different. If want to download, make sure you have GPRS or WLAN connectivity on your mobile. Visit the sites like gallery9 or mobiles24 that offers free games and apps for mobile phone, register, enter your mobile model and download the apps. Thats it.
