Which is the best mini laptop in India?

one of my friend would like to buy a mini laptop,it would be of great help if anyone can tell me is there any laptop with Intel atom n70 processor and optical drive(cd,dvd,combo drive).i heard about Acer Aspire one. is there any other brand in india who offers optical drive in mini series.

They are called netbooks. Best rated one on the market is the Asus eeePC 1000. Has a 10" display, full sized keyboard, large HD, decent amount of RAM, and very affordable. No netbooks come with an internal CD Rom drive. That is the down side. You need to buy an external.
