MP3 player problem

I have a Mp3 player BEFORE M5 5G. But it does not work!
I put it to music, it starts, it detects it.
I have formatted several times, but it did nothing. I sought help Google, no success either.

1 - I put the mp3 and wma and it works not!
2 - I put the files on the root, all files I could find, yet it works!
3 - I have not found any documentation on the net!

Maybe you should create a directory to the root of your drive and it must appoint itself with a name like the psp for example when you want to make pictures and that the rep called photos.
So trying to create a rep MUSIC

I have a huge problem with my mp3 pearl player.It's not working correctly it keeps on saying that my device isn't reconizing nothing on my pc at all.That it malfunctioned and windows doesn't know it.

I copy and paste 100 songs from computer in it
But its playing only 22 songs. Other are not playing???
