    Projectiondesign F80 3-chip DLP Projector

Succeeding the F30 series of DLP® projectors, the new F32 series is now shipping in SXGA+, 1080p and WUXGA image resolutions.
Like all of our new wave of product platforms, the F32 features Philips’ latest VIDI lamp technology, along with completely revised colour management and configuration options. To these, the F32 adds active cooling, which enhances reliability and prolongs useful product life for a lower Total Cost of Ownership.

The F32 offers projectiondesign’s patented DuArch™ dual illuminaton architecture with ‘hot swappable’ lamp modules, along with Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor™ technology and our own unique RealColor colour management suite. The F32 utilises its rich feature set for greatly enhanced image quality and extended calibration and colour-matching capabilities. It also boasts a sealed optical architecture designed to ensure trouble-free operation in harsh environments.

Commenting on the F32 series, Anders Løkke, International Marketing & Communications Manager at projectiondesign, says: “All of our new platforms are the result of feedback from our customers. Our projectors are increasingly used in a variety of challenging environments, and this, together with a desire to further reduce running costs, is behind many of the enhancements in the F32. “We are delighted to have made the projectors available so soon after announcing them, and are sure that they will find many admirers among our existing and new customers.”

The F32 series will be shown on stand 1J51 at Integrated Systems Europe from 3 to 5 February 2009.

We could possibly be looking at a £20,000 price point, which clearly places this out of reach of most people on Main Street.
