Connection between computer and printer epson7450

I have acquired a portable packard bell-equipped with Windows Vista, which I plugged my Epson 7450 printer that works very well indeed on my other PC. When the driver installation everything goes as it should but when I print a document, nothing is passes However the scanner works without any problems from the printer to the PC but also without the return to the "impression . If anyone else has experienced this problem it would be nice to me.

Vista is crap that's the real problem.

vista creates problems, but it's designed to functionary. Should I go back to XP to connect my printer, as the site of 'epson I have not found anything that works.
