controlling the LED lights of laptop

what i want to accomplish is to control the lights show from my laptop (at least make a midi track to control it ), and what hardwares do i need to accomplish that ? (i am a newbie )

Hi,

ArKaos VJ responds to MIDI / DMX or computer keyboard with a video signal.
However with ArKaos VJ DMX plus LED Mapper you can control the light since the video signal can be sent in DMX channels.
The setup can be complex compared to a simple VJ setup, but the result can be very impressive. It really depends on what lights and how many you want to drive.

It is also possible to drive lights from MIDI.

To control a movable camera, yes it's possible. You can by a Sony EVI D-100 or D-30 for instance. This camera has a nice quality / resolution and you can drive focus / pan / tilt / zoom from a remote or with a software that sends the data through a serial connection. It just requires a USB / Serial (about 20 dollars) and a Sony Visca cable (not expansive also).
