Hi,
Normally when you start your job, you have a screen in blue with the initials HP in the bottom of the screen you must have keys registered with the description.
example: esc change the bios = F2 = reinstall the system etc.
looks much the key that concerns you and if you do not touch the partition restoration then you will have a procedure for resettlement will start.
thank you for your answer but only the keys to enter the setup, boot from the network and to change the boot order are shown, nothing to reinstall the system!

You paste your license on the pc
A CD or DVD of the same windows (ask a colleague) and reinstall Windows with the CD and your license
you will find the driver or downloaded onto the site of HP: the PC will be with driver and a day without unnecessary programs that are provided in factory mode
thank you, but I did and I wanted to get the applications pre-installed.

hi,
If it does not download on the site, then there are more than 2 solutions:
1. find someone with the dvd or cd's original installation
2. Or call HP for the famous CD or DVD (it's paying attention)
Thank you, i will surely apply one of the option mention by you.
