The file responsible for this bug is C:\System\Shareddata\101ffa86.ini. but it cannot be deleted because is in use. The problem can be solved if you only delete this file, but I haven't found a file explorer which can do this.

Try formatting phone memory . press *+3+green key+turn on phone. It should solve your problem.
