If you are looking for the GPRS setting in your mobile phone then it is better to contact the service provider of your SIM Network and ask him for the Network setting. They can only advise you properly for the GPRS setting. So if you can then contact the Service Provider and ask for setting and do let me know if you are getting any solution.
