LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) has launched its new 18.5-inch widescreen W1941S LCD monitor. The company said this new LCD model is ideal for both office and home users.
The new monitor is aimed at both home and office users and the highlight of this monitor is the energy consumption as low as 21W unlike other LCD monitors that use about 40W, claims LG.
The power consumption of the W1941S LCD monitor is at around 21W as against conventional LCD monitors at around 40W. The W1941S offers a contrast ratio of 8000:1 DFC and the F-engine technology for microscopic picture quality.

"This monitor will suit both office and home users and it also save your electricity bills with less power consumption as compared with the conventional LCD monitors available in the market," added Manikandan.
It is a simple plug and play monitor with standard DDC2B.
The LG W1941S LCD monitor is available for a market price of Rs. 8,500.
