Scanning problem on Canon MP210

Hello friends,

I have this problem on my Canon MP210 Scanner that doesn't work! I even re-installed the driver, but nothing worked. MP Navigator EX says that the printer is not connected or turned off. Even the other document scanning says

When you go to Start - Control Panel - Printers, is the Printer icon visible ?

Yes, the printer icon is visible ,but not when it's turned off.

Are you able to start the scanning process from the device itself (sending it to the PC)?

No, but the copier works. That mean that the hardware works correctly.

Try to Connect the device to a different usb port. i hope it works.
