Lacks basic software such as bar code reader. Several Nokia or Maemo sponsored software depots do not work. In short, this phone is unworkable, but Nokia refuses to admit to customers...although it has stopped production. Anyone who has bought his phone should seek refund or consider joining a class action against Nokia to sue them for selling unmerchantable product with multiple misrepresentations. Or, like me, stop buying Nokia phones.
